Sabel VET, a Sabel application operated by Elshan Huseyn, helps pet owners maintain private pet passports, veterinary visit records and care reminders.
We store the account information you provide, including your name, email address or phone-based sign-in identifier, and an account identifier. We also store the pet profiles, birth dates, breed information, care notes, vaccination and medication records, veterinary visits, weight entries and reminder dates you save.
When you choose to upload them, pet photographs and medical documents such as analyses and prescriptions are stored with your account. Camera and photo access are used only for the media you choose. Sabel VET does not access your address book or request your location.
Apple handles subscription payments. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. To verify and restore Sabel Plus access, we process Apple-signed purchase information, transaction identifiers, subscription product, expiry and refund status, and an app account identifier associated with the purchase. These records are used for subscription verification and support, not advertising.
Signing out does not cancel an Apple subscription. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account. Deleting your Sabel VET account does not cancel billing through Apple. Subscription expiry does not delete your saved pet records or previously uploaded media. A minimal purchase binding and closed-account marker may be retained after account deletion to prevent receipt reuse and handle billing disputes.
Information is used to authenticate your account, provide the pet-care features, synchronize your saved information between devices and handle support requests. Reminders are scheduled on your device. PDF passports are generated in the app; exporting or sharing a PDF is your choice.
Account and pet data are stored by the Sabel VET backend. Uploaded photographs and documents are stored in private server storage and require authenticated account access. The app communicates with the backend over HTTPS.
The app may retain an account-scoped copy of pet records on your device. New medical records saved without connectivity wait locally for synchronization. Signing out clears the app's account-scoped offline cache and pending new records.
This version does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs to track you across other companies' apps or websites. We do not sell your account or pet records. Technical service providers may process information as necessary to operate the service. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
You can view, edit and delete pet profiles and saved care records in the app. You can remove uploaded photographs and documents. Account deletion is available in Profile. Contact us for questions about your information or a deletion request.
Keep your sign-in details private. Avoid uploading information about other people that is not necessary for your pet's care.
